He was most recently instrumental in bringing together QBE's Global & AUSPAC head offices into one location, changing up they way they operate as a company by adopting a new way of working. He was a featured panelist at Workplace Strategy Summit Sydney 2021 discussing the workplace experience in a hybrid world.

She has worked nationally and internationally with multiple renowned architectural and consulting firms and played a key role in large scale workplace and technology strategy and change projects with clients including Chevron and QLD Government. These projects, which often had a significant impact on the direction and culture of the organisation, required working with a number of disciplines and organisational levels, in an end to end workplace project (building sizing - post move) to implement a successful and measurable workplace change.

Peter Black is a qualified architect with over 25 years experience specialising in workplace and commercial building design. He has worked in Singapore, London and New York and completed projects in India, Italy and China. Peter's focus over the past 7 years has been helping organisations develop strategies to transform workplaces to align with their business strategy and become a driver of change.

His specialties include Workplace Strategy, Design Management, advice regarding the design of commercial architecture and facilitating workshops and senior management engagement.

Jo-Anne is the GM & SVP of Sales Asia Pacific for SpaceIQ – which provides software for Archibus, SiQ and Serraview. Archibus provides IWMS solutions and SiQ and Serraview are Workplace Management Solutions.

Previously, Jo was Global Head of Client Services for the combined company. She led the Client Service area consisting of Onboarding, Customer Success, Support, Training and Professional Services.

Jo has 20+ years in Corporate Real Estate and in in her previous role she was at a Client organization, as Executive Manager CRM, in the Real Estate division for a large Financial Services Group, Suncorp. She led a team of professionals, responsible for providing expertise in the design and delivery of Workplace Solutions aligned to the Group's strategic business agenda.
As part of this Jo-Anne was owner of the Workplace Transformation Program for the Group. Taking 16,000 people and changing the way they worked to become more flexible and agile while using the physical assets as a lever for change.
