Utilising data to drive workplace change

An evidence-based approach to the future of work | 11:00am AEST June 17, 2021

Join us for a discussion about the future of work and the hybrid workplace

In a post-pandemic world, with a large percentage of employers and employees either working from home or adopting a hybrid working model, more is required to validate the necessity for, and primary function of, the office of the future.

An evidence-based approach will be essential for business leaders to make informed decisions as to cultural or spatial changes in their workplace, and the future of work as a whole.
.

In this webinar, experts will discuss

  • How leaders can validate their space requirements to future-proof the workplace
  • How do organisations gather and translate data to make decisions?
  • Decision making must have mathematical evidence and modelling to support it
  • Data-driven decision making can validate cultural changes, bridging the gap between HR, Property and Technology in the business
